Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after delivery to request a return.

Return eligibility

To qualify, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received and must not have been installed, altered, disassembled, damaged, or further used after delivery. Please return all included parts and accessories and the original packaging when available. Proof of purchase is required. electrical/electronic parts are non-returnable once installed or connected, unless defective or materially misrepresented.

For auto and small-engine parts, buyers are responsible for confirming compatibility and fitment before installation.

Starting a return

Contact us through the store Contact page before sending anything back. If the return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and the return address. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, the wrong item was sent, or the item was materially different from its listing. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error. oversize/freight items may have special return instructions and costs.

Damaged, incorrect, or misrepresented items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if it is damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the listing. Include photos when possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Final-sale items

Items clearly marked “as-is” or “final sale” in the product listing cannot be returned. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect the return. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges and cancellations

We do not offer direct exchanges; place a new order after your return is approved. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
